The Commission publishes its annual report for the previous year in the first quarter of each calendar year. The annual report gives an overview of what the Commission did in the previous calendar year. The annual report includes major actions the Commission took, a statistical breakdown of the number and types of complaints that came in, how those complaints were handled, among other information.
